Down There Aware has received notice from the United States Internal Revenue Service that we have been APPROVED for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status.  How official approval date is January 1, 2022.  All donations are now considered tax exempt.  Our approval letter will be scanned and uploaded below shortly.  Thank you for all of your support; we couldn't have done this without you!
